Every Falcon bought from RIDE79 comes with 79BIKE's 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. It starts the day the bike is delivered to you, and you claim through RIDE79.

79BIKE handles after-sales support directly only for bikes bought on its own website. If you bought your Falcon from RIDE79, your claim comes to us. We deal with 79BIKE's technical team for you and keep you updated until it's resolved.

Each of these is covered for 12 months against manufacturing defects.
- You're the original owner. The warranty isn't transferable.
- You can give your RIDE79 order number or proof of purchase.
- The bike hasn't been modified. Any modification voids the warranty.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It doesn't cover damage caused by how the bike is used, stored or maintained.
